Transit LC
Transit LC refers to financing whereby Borrower (Intermediary Trader) utilizes the Bank’s LC line to receive “cash” against LC
Orangestone Partners will assist in facilitating the purchase and selling of the goods used in the transaction
Export Prepayment
Export Prepayment refers to the situation whereby the Borrower uses their facilities to receive a prepayment for commodities or goods. The structure will be conducted with the Borrower (“Producer / Seller / Supplier”) under a Export Prepayment Agreement (“sales contract”)
Inventory Financing
Inventory Financing refers to a form of trading goods that is backed by trading assets
Borrower / Trader uses the purchased goods, normally on a pre-sold basis, as a collateral to borrow “cash” to pay the Seller. It involves the Collateral Manager to monitor storage of goods and movement
Project Financing
Project Financing refers to a financing for long-term infrastructure or industrial projects using non-recourse or limited recourse basis structures. The debt and equity used to finance the project will be paid back from the cash flow generated by the project. This will primary depend on project’s cash flow for repayment, project assets, as well as rights and interests held as secondary collateral
Export Credit Agency (ECA)
ECA structure is for Domestic Traders to promote their international exports. ECA provides loan, guarantee and insurance to help eliminate the uncertainty of exporting to other countries and receiving payment. Orangestone Partners can help to arrange ECA financing for exporters
